The diesel powered Conjet Robot 432 D is ideal for removing concrete from large horizontal surfaces such as bridge decks, quay slabs and parking decks. The Conjet Robot 432 D can in fact achieve higher removal rates of concrete than any other standard Hydrodemolition robot in the market. This can be achieved because the Conjet Robot 432 D operates with reaction forces up to 4000 N, which are created when high pressure water from up to 1100 kW (1500 hp) high pressure pumps is fed to the robot. The diesel powered Robot 432 D has been developed according to the same proven and well known principles found in all Conjet products, including productivity, reliability, profitability and safety.

Easy to Control

The Conjet Robot 432 D’s PLC based control system is easy to use. Throttle valves control the robot’s movements and the pre-set parameters are monitored on a display screen on the robot. The robot is operated from a remote control box that allows the operator to stand at a safe distance from the working area. A wireless remote control operated by radio is available as a retrofit option.

Powerpack Interface – Cable or wireless

The robot may be connected to Conjet Powerpacks which enables the high pressure water to be switched on and off from the robot’s control system. Additionally the emergency stop circuits will be integrated for improved safety. For highest efficiency and safety the Conjet Robot 432D can control the Conjet Powerpack with a cable or through the Wireless Powerpack Interface (patent protected).

Manoeuvrability: turn on the spot

The Robot 432 D has three wheels and is exceptionally manoeuvrable. It can almost turn on the spot, making it ideal for working in areas where space is limited, such as parking decks, as well as large open areas. Although the Robot 432 D is exceptionally powerful it is very compact. The low height of just 1500 mm (4 ft 11 in) allows it to easily pass under low obstacles in a parking deck or other inaccessible areas. The robot is equipped with three lifting points as well as special holes to allow fork lift trucks to move, load and unload the robot easily and safely.

Multiple tools: Lance – Double Lance – Rotor

The Conjet Robot 432 D can be equipped with several different tools, including one or two single lances, a double lance or a hydraulically driven rotor. A single lance, fed by two pumps connected in tandem, is the best option for deep removal. Two lances, each connected to a single pump, will result in high removal rates for low to medium removal depths, while the rotor is mainly used for cleaning applications or scarifying surfaces.

Low emission Diesel engine

The Conjet Robot 432 D is powered by an internal 40 hp diesel engine, which fulfils all known world wide emission legislation.

Well protected

Another valuable feature is the feed beam’s side movement and tipping. The specially designed shroud, made from special hardened Hardox® steel sheet, is integrated in the feed beam for maximum protection against flying debris. Secondary protection is mounted on top of the feed beam. The outer parts on the feed beam protection hood are detachable for working close to walls and for transportation.

At Conjet, safety is paramount

Anything can happen on a worksite! We are well aware of this after years and years of experience. That is one of the reasons for our safety thinking and features on the Robot 432D. Should the operator be unable to reactivate the automatic operation within the given time interval, automatic operation interrupts which in turn brings the high pressure pump to an idle at no pressure.
