Conjet Technology creates a good bonding without cracks caused by percussive methods. The Conjet Robot 365 combines the reach and flexibility with maintained stability, you need to complete the most advanced tasks. Weighing in at only 2400 kg the Robot 365 will still provide reach up to 6.6 m on vertical surfaces and 6 m under/up. Should you require a cut underneath the bridge or any other surface you are standing on, the Robot 365 will cut almost 2 m in underneath. All this and much more is possible with the new Conjet Robot 365.

Reach and stability

For many years, Conjet has supplied the most stable robot on the market. The Conjet Robot 365 reaches 6 m over head with maintained stability. No need for rebuilding the robot on site, just reposition the feed beam and the robot is ready for action. Power handling, up to 3000N* reaction force, is guaranteed in any position that you can put the feed beam.

The operators experience

During the developement of the Robot 365, ease of use were in focus. The redesigned interface allows you to be up and running in less than 10 seconds from motor start.
Setting the operational parameters are done from the control box (radio controlled as option). That means that you are free to set parameters from a position where you can over look the work in progress. The required speed, set from the control box, is monitored from the operators terminal.

Feed beam

The feed beam is designed in such a way that it can be relocated in its holder for increased reach and verstility.

Cutting head and protection

Featuring two totally enclosed intelligent encoders, the cutting head has undergone a substantial redesign in order to eliminateof the exposed sensors.
Increasing the attack ange to +- 45 degrees allows you to treat muliple surfaces in one go. With our well provenprotection, debries are controlled through out the hydrodemmolition process.

Powerpack Interface – Cable or wireless

For highest efficiency and safety the Conjet Robot 365 can control the Conjet Powerpack with a cable or through the Wireless Powerpack Interface (patent protected).

At Conjet, safety is paramount

Anything can happen on a worksite! We are well aware of this after years and years of experience. That is one of the reasons for our safety thinking and features on the Robot 324. Should the operator be unable to reactivate the automatic operation within the given time interval, automatic operation interrupts which in turn brings the high pressure pump to an idle at no pressure.
