Conjet Robot 324 is a small water jetting machine which revolutionises the hydrodemolition industry with its compact design and flexibility. The small Robot 324 opens up new areas for mechanising concrete removal with superior bonding due to absence of micro cracks and replaces inefficient hand lancing and jack-hammering and other percussive methods.

Robot 324, weighing just over one metric ton, has been developed to work in confined spaces and areas inaccessible to larger hydro-demolition machines. The robot passes easily through less than a 0.9 m (3ft) wide opening. The exceptional manoeuvrability of Robot 324 makes it the perfect machine for operations in any confined areas like small tunnels, tubes and inside concrete box girders.

Conjet Robot 324 mechanises a site and makes it safe due to its size, weight and flexibility, with high quality and productivity.

Due to its low weight which is evenly distributed via the tracks, the Robot 324 can be operated safely and easily on platforms and scaffoldings. Robot 324 is also the ideal tool for numerous industrial cleaning and surface preparation applications.

Easy to Control

The easy to use control system of the Robot 324 uses throttle valves to adjust the speed of the various movements. Pre-set parameters are monitored on a display. The remote control box offers multifunctionality through one single joystick. A radio remote control box isavailable as retrofitable option.

Powerpack Interface – Cable or wireless

For highest efficiency and safety the Conjet Robot 324 can control the Conjet Powerpack with a cable or through the Wireless Powerpack Interface (patent protected).

Winch as an option for slopes

Adding the winch to the Robot 324, for slope operation, ensures stable and safe movment of the Robot during hydrodemolition. The winch works in co-operation with the existing tracks.

Anything can happen on a worksite! We are well aware of this after years and years of experience. That is one of the reasons for our safety thinking and features on the Robot 324. Should the operator be unable to reactivate the automatic operation within the given time interval, automatic operation interrupts which in turn brings the high pressure pump to an idle at no pressure.
