Conjet´s Computer Control Unit 208 is the most advanced and flexible hydrodemolition control system available on the market. It has been design to give the operator considerable operational flexibility to cater for a wide variety of tasks and applications.
The control unit provides hydraulic power for all functions and motions, including the operation of a hydraulically driven rotor for scarifying the concrete surface. A preprogrammed PLC and display, with nine pre-set programs, control the motions and provides basic settings for the operator to start work. As operator experience and skill improves the programs can be edited on site and stored in the CCU memory to reduce setting up time and enhance and optimise production.
The CCU´s memory also enables data from numerous jobs to be stored and later down-loaded to an office computer for use in estimating and tendering for future projects. In addition a special program, providing a two level cutting facility, allows removal of concrete to two different depths. The CCU uses a closed loop system
ensuring all chosen settings remain constant. The PLC compensates for changes in hydraulic oil temperature and automatically adjusts and maintains the correct speed of each operational function. Safety is paramount and to prevent operators from working in the immediate vicinity of the Jetframe cutting area all functions are set, controlled and displayed on a hand portable remote control console.
