Hydrodemolition technology removes concrete using water pressure above 1000 bar, for long lasting, high quality repairs.
It creates no micro-cracks, a good surface to bond to and leaves jack-hammers to the history.

Selective removal
Removal of concrete down to a pre-set quality level. I.e. no unnecessary removal of good quality concrete.
No microcracks
The technology does not create micro-cracks in the remaining surface, unlike percussive methods. A micro-crack is a non-bonding zone.
Rough surface – bonding
The rough surface provides a far better bond for the new concrete, compared to removal by percussive methods.
Your project – utilize Conjet’s know-how
Conjet was established about 30 years ago, but our knowledge doesn’t stop at hydrodemolition, as the staff have a background from other demanding businesses. That means that we have seen and been involved in almost all kinds of hydrodemolition projects imaginable. Chances are that we have been involved in a project similar to yours and have some experience that we will share with you. Click here, fill out the form and we will get back to you.
Hydrodemolition equipment for your project
The typical Conjet hydrodemolition system consists of:
- Conjet Robot that removes the concrete by means of high pressure water, fed through a high pressure hose, from a high pressure pump
- Conjet Powerpack contains a high pressure pump supplying pressurized water to the robot.
One-push starts your project
Set-up your Conjet equipment on site, feed water to the pump, connect the high pressure hose and communication between the high pressure pump and the Robot. (See the animation).
Select mode
Connect the power and push one button and within 10 seconds the Robot is ready.
